Our services

Individual Therapy

All sessions are individual psychotherapy sessions between client and therapist, over a secure HIPAA compliant virtual telehealth platform. Generally speaking, Dani’s therapeutic approach involves looking at underlying thoughts, feelings, and experiences with the aim of personal growth and self-discovery. All clients will be provided with a guided treatment plan with goals set by you. Most sessions are offered weekly or every other week, but frequency is determined based on your needs.

Experiential Therapy

Eco-therapy: By combining psychotherapy with the outdoors individuals will utilize the present-moment experience in their healing process. Healing Trails uses preferred meeting spaces, outside of the office/home, in the surrounding areas of the Birkhead Wilderness and Uwharrie National Forest located in North Carolina. Activities vary depending on the individuals' needs and would be discussed in your first session.

Brainspotting

"Where you looks affects how you feel"

Brainspotting locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. Brainspotting gives us a tool, within this clinical relationship, to neurobiologically locate, focus, process, and release experiences and symptoms that are typically out of reach of the conscious mind and its cognitive and language capacity.
